Jill Scott in 2007 with Rose City Coupons. Her vision was to
develop a company based on the idea that new technology levels
the playing field for small businesses to compete and brings
more efficient and affordable ways to advertise than traditional
print media. Since she has lived, worked, played and raised a
family in the Rose City, focusing on the neighborhood where she
shopped just made sense. Jill’s partner Peggie Boteilho lives
across the river in “The Couv”. Because she was raised on the
Rogue River, she can’t quite make up her mind if she is an
Oregonian or a Washingtonian at heart, but she loves the Pacific
Northwest and the beauty the rain brings to the Gorge.
